Commissioner Quarterly v4 (Weeks 12-14, 2021)
Welcome to the Commissioner Quarterly, a segment provided to you by the Commish as a snapshot into our fantasy football season. While regular rankings and analysis from our other leaguemates serve to provide excellent insight and (often humorous) commentary into our league, this segment will be used to capture our league season in segments, focusing on the storylines within our fantasy league and the NFL. Should this segment continue into the future, it can serve as a bit of a time capsule when looking back at the season.
Below you will find the quarterly update on THE JACKMAN, some light NFL news, and stats on which players were most successful at this point in the season. Looking back here as we get to the halfway and ultimate completion of the season it will be fun to see which players dominated for a full year and which were a flash in the pan for a few weeks.

- Rookie QBs watch:
- Trevor Lawrence: continues to play “meh” all year
- Zach Wilson returns after time away and looks better than before. Still a lot of room for improvement
- Justin Fields has potential, but Dalton plays instead due to Fields’ cracked ribs. It’s hard to say what’s Fields, what’s Nagy, what’s the Bears O as a whole when it comes to analyzing the young QB’s play.
- Mac Jones continues to be pretty good. Also scuba suit
- Trey Lance is still sitting for now
- Davis Mills back at it again after being benched and looking… decent actually.
